Barcode comparison & matching test application : Avoid mix-ups and prouve it !

Meeting the need for operational excellence and reducing customer complaints :

You wish to install a means easy to use, visual and sound, which allows the user to test the correspondence between two or more complicated or long codes, printed in barcode on a BL (bill of lading), on an OF (order of manufacture), on a product, a case, a box and avoid the confusions of codes and references.

Our application compares, according to your barcode reader terminal, the linear barcodes (1D) or QR-code, Datamatrix (2D) between them and allows the factory, the warehouse, the logistics, to improve its quality tests and to decrease its delivery errors.

This software allows to read codes 2 by 2, or even n by n ("n" taking the value you set) or in a row (configurable option), and check that they are identical, to display the last two and to say by a green or red color if their values are identical or not, or if one of the values of the chain was different (orange border). In "string" mode, similar to the "n by n" option, the test is done in a continuous way : as long as the code is identical to the previous one, it remains green but warns as soon as a code is different. This chain mode allows to test label or printed sheets, pharmaceutical leaflets.

The truth table is the following according to the options :

In order to bring to a customer the proof of the good realization of the verification of his order, in option, the order code, BL or other key can be seized in a regular way or modifiable on request before each chain of comparisons (logs of the good and bad scans). The trace is dated at each scan and the history is saved on a local file on the terminal / smartphone in order to be able to extract and save it in case of claim and thus prove your good faith.

Ergonomics is streamlined : in a single screen, the user only has to scan in line : the display in the corner of the eye informs the user of the correspondence of his last two scans. A different audible alarm is emitted depending on the case and is particularly interesting for non-corresponding codes.

Single version in French - English (quick switch from one to the other).

Similarly no settings : the barcode reference match verification application detects whether you are using a smartphone with a camera or a professional terminal with an imager or laser scanner and adds a button or not to the function.

An indicator of the success rate and the number of comparisons made is also added.

Hardened terminals sold :

You can use commercially available smartphones (not sold) with this barcode comparison software, the reading will be slower than a terminal with a laser.
Our terminals with an integrated barcode reader allow you to multiply the speed of code comparison by about 100 and thus increase the productivity of quality control.
