More than 2 years ago and with our help, our client developed a service managing his clients’ forecasts with quantatitve and statistical methods and through management of advanced stocks (or deposit stocks) and introduced a new service contract around a product.

Not only did the service allow them to "hide" the margin (product+service), but also to diminish security stock levels by 15% and therefore to do eradicate shortages.
