These applications enable you to do a stock take anywhere and to transfer it onto any software such as Access, Excel, assets’ tracking)

Basic stocktaking input:

The user inputs the bar code labels and after counting the number of items, indicates the quantity via the PDA keyboard (terminal) and proceeds with the next item.

The records can be dated. The user might be required to login.

Once the date entry is completed, the user sends the file to the main computer via Wi-Fi or via transfer onto a memory dump (connection with the PDA charger).

This application enables the input of the equipment type, a list of brand selection, the model, the condition, the purpose in the company or the stock location for a full stock take.

A stock management application can be uploaded on the terminal to only input the discrepancies found (selection relying on the accuracy of the current management).
