Bespoke data input bar code implementation for the industry: Material usage data input on manufacturing order (OF)

DATA INPUT of batch products on manufacturing orders

This programme allows the user to enter the raw material batch number that will be used on to the manufacturing order).

Once he/she has recorded one time only the machinery reference number allocated to him/her, along with his/her name (e.g. a password can be added), he/she loops the item batch number (raw material), then the manufacture order number referencing the raw material used.

Each input records the date and time of the data in the background therefore invisible. This also allows, for instance, the frequency ratios or an absolute time tracking.

Once the data input is completed, he/she can check his/her entries if he/she is authorized to do so, and in all cases can close the file to do the transfer either via Wi-Fi or simply via a memory dump / cradle.

This example can be altered to suit your needs at your convenience within less than one day most of the time.

It is, for instance, possible to upload the manufacturing orders generated by your CAMM /ERP, inclusive of the basic pace, providing the operator with the profitability rate calculations directly from the terminal.
