How do the data entries get incorporated in your programm?

The data entry method is easy:

Step Explanations
1 code-barre simple There is a printed bar code: Product, manufacture number
2 PDA avec suivi des temps The user enters the data: The PDA (data entry terminal) reads the bar code data and saves it along with other information such as the date and the time of data input, etc..
3 lecteur sur puis de vidage Synchronisation with the main PC is possible either in real time via Wi-Fi if the building is suitably equipped or via a memory dump cradle connected to the PC where the user places the PDA: The data file is transferred from the PDA onto the PC
4 Your management and stock system ERP, PGI, CAMM reads the data and includes it on its database every 10mns, hour, etc. as necessary

Several types

MO (Manufacturing Order) bar code laser scan equipment are available :

Simple or more sophisticated:

PDA code barre JPEG - 8.2 kb
JPEG - 29.9 kb PDA Wifi laser code barre

Data input and outstanding management capabilities provided to individuals in the field via the PDAs, including wireless communications options, able to collect the data in various ways, to deal with adequate field systems, and to transfer them to the company’s own programme, all this in sturdy and compact equipment.

How to choose:
- According to its purpose: Retail, industrial, office,
- according to the type of data to input:

code-barre simple Bar code size 1
code barre 2D PDF417 Bar code size 2: Datamatrix

Our quick integration procedure:

1. Requirement and prototyping analysis of your site:

Specially designed for you based on the details of your requirements or the type of implementation in order to determine the amount of functions necessary for your needs:

- Analysis of your requirements,
- consider the computer systems in place,
- analysis of the required interfaces: Data input and output interfaces and man machine interface (MMI) workflow,
- Implementation of a prototype with no equipment costwith you, our terminal, on your site,
- operational tests of the workflow and the interfaces,
- Issue of Administrator’s use and user’s manuals.

This is efficient : one or two days are sufficiant most of the time.

2. Launch:

- collaboration with your management solution’ s manager who provides or must incorporate the data in order to prepare the definitions of the interfaces,
- acceptance solution,
- purchase, set up of the operating licenses of the terminals,
- programme administrators’ and main users’ training.
-  Confirmation or tweaking.

3. Our sole condition:

Your selected computer will have to operate with Windows CE (Mobile). Various choices are available: A large selection of terminals run with this operating system: Intermec, Motorola, ...
