Work place improvement case study

Objectives:
- Identify actions to set up in a work station to gain in speed and efficiency and to reduce bottlenecks, adjustment time or line change time,
- Ergonomy, reduction in RSI (Repetitive Strain Injury)
- Justify a demand for investment to a parent company, a bank or shareholders.

This product answers the following questions:

- where and how much are the economic sources?
- how do we manage to get a return?
- what do we have to modify or install in terms of production management software, automation, organisation or moving work stations?

Target businesses and sectors:

any industry, logistics or service business - production / service investment

Detailed report identifying the means of progress and their priorities:
- moving a work station: positions, equipment to reduce RSI
- line change to be reduced,
- increase in speed,
- reduction in rejects,
- increase in output
- identification of "time monkeys".

- on site analysis of a method: measure, film, audit
- report and presentation meeting with the results
