"The objective of the action was to make the leadtime reduction concept be embraced by all of our workers. The analysis step was necessary and the support of an external eye gave a wider vision and helped us acquire new ideas, while taking a critical look at our processes. The integration of this step in our Movex ERP system was also essential. The objective was geared towards a notion of GLOBAL TRUST, going through the control of our internal lead times. We aimed to gain a week in lead time, but also to remain reliable.
