Introduction of the 5Ss from the 5Ss. Initiation and follow up of a productivity step and continued improvement:
in a workshop of 15 2x8 presses to begin with.
then in a workshop cutting glass and assembling spectacles.
In these two projects, the results very quickly exceeded our initial objectives thanks notably to the competence of William Piedfort. He managed to motivate the teams perfectly in the project, especially middle management, who proved to be a very effificent pilot before adopting the step fully and making it part of daily life.
He also carried out a project drawing up the specifications for the re-implantation of a logistics centre and order preparation centre.
